Windows Mobile Device Center

Is anyone paying attention here or is this site just for people to post too so they can feel good about themselves? If anyone is listening, then have the decency to put general posts to problems that are getting multiple requests. Even if it is just to say "We're working on it". SHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH!! Don't they teach you guys about customer service???????

hey Ted! Good point. I haven't seen one useful solution anywhere in here. Just us blind leading the blind.
Is there anyone reading these who knows how Vista is "supposed" to work or how we can better post our findings? Or, is this site jsut a way to here about the problems without admitting there are any bugs?

I have a smartphone (HTC) which runs Windows Mobile 2003 Second edition and have connected it to my PC running Vista Beta 5384. It installs the driver OK and under devices it it shown as my smartphone. The Windows Mobile Device Center base application just does not start up and I cannot see it under the control panel in categorie view or classic view. I disconnect and reconnect and still it does not show. I keep expecting a splash screen but nothing. I have looked at Windows Vista Mobile Device Center Step by Step Guide but nothing in this seems to help. From all that I have read it should have this program installed but nothing.
